  1. Annoyed as I am about the whole thing, ultimately we bottled it big time in 2020 and gift-wrapped the title for them long before the SPFL did.

  2. The baldy one can confirm it was a story planted by an agent Rangers won’t deny every one in public, no need, but this seems to be agent led nonsense

  3. Agreed. I’m actually fairly non-plussed about it. They would have won it anyway because, let’s be honest, we’ve been murder since January. If anything it allows us more than we’d have got by finishing the season because we can now, legitimately, talk about an asterisk year. Hopefully this will embolden the club, management, players, fans into a siege mentality to win the title and stop 10 (or is that 9.75 ?)

  4. no issue with celtc getting the title. big issue it wasn't awarded legally and that must be contested. i will never accept they won it until a legal vote is held.

  5. Hopefully legal action will now begin. No issues ending season but not awarding titles and relegation

  6. Not a very exciting pedigree. The Stuttgart academy and downhill thereafter. At least we know Dykes can hoof the ball i to the celtic net.

  7. It's hard to give a fig about this. Far more important than them winning another title is Rangers not winning it. Because to put it plainly, we had every chance. If we're not going to stop this procession of championships then no one else will and so far we don't look anywhere nearly good enough.

  8. Lawwell's statement also demonstrates, quite perfectly, the sheer lack of class that club has. "We deserve it, honest we do!". It's a shame the kids abused at the Piggery don't deserve any recognition or apologies for the crimes committed against them... isn't it, Peter.

  9. Celebrating a title handed to them in a boardroom during a global pandemic while people are dying worldwide is the most Celtic thing you could ever imagine. It screams Celtic Football Club.

  10. My heart goes out to those four approaching middle age Yahoos, who donned lycra and took to their expensive bicycles yesterday. Another Rangers supporters forum posted footage, highlighting the exquisite good taste one associates with our separated brethren. It was part reported in the Evening Times, labelled Cheeky Celtic supporters, the four filmed each other as they unfurled their nine-in-a-row banner in front of the Louden, Bristol Bar, and the District. It was an early Sunday morning jolly jape. Of course, the Evening Times did not show the culminating footage of the Adventurous Four arriving at Ibrox Stadium. The cheeky Bhoys proceeded to film as they took turns urinating on the Ibrox gates beside the Disaster memorial. Charming Yahoos will be slapping a soothing balm upon each others' buttocks, much deserved. Saddle soars are an inexpensive price to be paid whilst suffering for the cause. 'Feelings of immense well being in high visibility lycra' - a short film available at the GFT soonest.

  11. The Hertz, ken, can do one; GTF as we say oan ra soo'side. This statement is disgusting: we are appalled that you have gerrymandered the League, but we'll live with it, if you let us manipulate it too.

  13. A bit like death and a tax bill , you know it was on the way let's concentrate on getting our own team up and ready to present a challenge.

  14. I don't think us or Hearts agreed with the SPFL handing out the title or relegation, we would've agreed on ending the league early though.

  15. It was going to happen so the club IMO has acted correctly although I am not happy about it. Now that the line is drawn we can now start looking to the future hopefully with more promise.

  16. All kit deals like this are essentially sportswear companies investing in their own future. What I like about Castore is we’re not sharing that investment with dozens of other clubs. They have said in plain language they will match general pricing across the market but buying is a simple process At any price. If you want it and can afford it then buy it. If you want it but can’t afford it, don’t buy it. If you don’t want it, don’t buy it. I think Castore has exactly the profile that suits Rangers but more importantly, From what we know of the financial deal, it is a good one for both sides

  17. Maybe a sleekit bastard is the best sort of person to face up to Celtc, compo. At the end of the day, I don't care if it's Satan himself that loosens their grip on Scottish football.

  18. A bit tricky to justify the whole constellation. (Yet.) A lot of titles needed. May you live to see them.

  20. Sorry to be doom and gloom but neither of these two players will improve us sufficiently.

  21. Seems to me that every year there's a new kit or supplier it's greeted with a tsunami of negativity from the many experts in sportswear and merchandising we're lucky to have among us. Were it not for the benefit of these opinions, some of us might make the mistake of welcoming a new commercial partner or even liking the product.

  22. The club will offer the deal to bidders. Then they'll take the best deal on offer. Adidas may not have been interested. And if they were, they may have offered a few million less than Castore did. The deal is done, so we just have to wait and see what the gear looks like and whether they're capable of mass-production. Negativity regarding an email with bland, generic marketing lingo is a bit pointless - what did you expect Castore to say?
