  1. You can stick yer henrik larsson up yer arse! You can stick yer henrik larsson up yer arse! You can stick yer henrik larsson stick yer henrik larsson stick yer henrik larsson up yer arse! Quality!
  2. smith has to play a 4 4 2 and go for the jugular. We have a real oppertunity to stamp our authority over the mhanks and show them whos boss. This isnt just about three points. if we cuff this rotten mob on their own dirt it will cause pandimonium amoungst their support and the will be baying for blood from the boardroom right down to the tea lady. There is a great phsycological advantage to be had here but smith usually leaves his spine at home for such matches. Hell go for the dont get beat at all costs, very much to my dismay as i have forked out 108 quid for three tickets. memo to mrs smith : pack walters backbone in with his play peice on sunday!
  3. it says that s davis scored the first goal in the hibs game! i had stokes as the first goal scorer! i want my point!
  4. How do you know he hasnt talked to levein? Hes also entitled to an opinion. Like ferguson and McGregor he was nailed to the wall by the self rightsiousness media and tartan army who had a field day with the three of them. And he does raise a few questions about the boozegate affair. Who were the others involved? And why did the get away scot free? I can remember at the time than Celtic football club issuing a statement that Scot brown was Tee total and couldnt be involved only to see a picture of him at T in the park with a pint and a bottle of bicardi breezer in his hand. Time for the others to be found out i say. Im satisfied with boyds reasons and would have done the same if i were in his shoes. Burley didnt rate a guy who had scored 1 in 2 games for his country and basicallt told the world so when he put on an untried player against norway ahead of him. That decision spoke volumes to me at the time. Burley had plenty of pops at Boyd in the media afterwards and the big man did the right thing and kept his mouth shut. Hes more than entitled to his opinion and the time is right to voice it.
  5. At last smith seems to realise that boyd and miller are his best partnership up front, Davis is a centeral midfielder and that novo is a far better bet in the team than on the bench. And the most important thing of all is we are playing our own game rather than trying to cancel the opposition out. I have always maintained that our squad could play better football than we have seen over the piece under smith and our current run of form proves that. Im enjoying our rich vein of form at the minute and hope it isnt another false dawn like weve been accustomed to in the past. See off the opposition over the next two games and we will be able say that we have infact turned the corner. Its been a long time since I felt the feel good factor where Rangers are concerned, a bloody long time. Lets hope that feeling is here to stay.
  6. Like most in our team i think Whittaker has become a victim of walter smiths negative tactics. He has been slowly ground down over time and we are left with the shell of a player who could have been. Steve davis was on the same road but has now come on to a rich vain of form due to the introduction of more positive players like novo and beadsley. Changes that were forced on smith due to injury i may add. Suddenly we are a more flowing and attacking team and are taking the game to the opposition rather than trying to cancel their tactics out. Smiths tactics have over the last few years drained the life out of quite a few of our squad to the point that they have little or no value in the transfer market. He didnt ask them to be creative or use individual skill and guile, just defend and get behind the ball. Whittaker wont be the last victim of Smiths style of play.
  7. I persaonally hope the duffer never wears a Rangers jersey again. Never have been and never will be a fan . No player will ever ship as many goals in so few games as he did. Hes right up there with Karl svensenin my book. note to walter: GET RID!
  8. So it was that injuries prompted him to play DaMarcus Beasley and Nacho Novo on the flanks in recent weeks; in effect he felt compelled to recast his team into one containing two wide attackers and two central strikers. Same thing happened last season. he was forced to use boyd and Novo in the run in last seasn due to injuries. Smith is no tactical genius. Circumstance and good fortune play a much bigger part than hed care to admit.
  9. never trust a poster who gets his stories from the beano and the dandy! (and sex tips from the bunty no doubt:fish:) Take a hint kevdo old bhoy and take a long hike back to peedodom.
  10. i think your the only one who hadnt!
  11. was edu on the bench on saturday? would have been a great opertunity to get him some match practice.
  12. I am now the proud owner of three tickets for the old firm game. Got my nephew and son one for crimbo. cant wait to see the look on their faces on christmas day! Just for the record, my son has never been to a game were Rangers have lost. GOOD OMEN!
  13. I thought it was franny jeffers:eek:
  14. I reckon they need two central defenders. Not one of them is performing to any standard other than crap. They also need a striker too. Everyone is making the mistake that our squad isnt good enough because were skint. I believe our squad is good enough. Just got to make the right team selections tactics and formations. The last few games have paid testament to that.
  15. I cant recall mcgregor ever costing us a game. made the odd mistake here and there but they are very few and far between. added to the fact that we lost our first domestic game to the sheep since march then that argument doesnt really stand up.
  16. not like walter to open a can of worms to deflect the heat away from himself and point at the finger at someone else. For the record walter, istill think your a shit manager.
  17. smiths number is up. hes been found out in all departments this season and i fear the worst should he continue to manage rangers after christmas. The smokescreen in the media yesrerday has got all the lap dogs patting his back telling him how wonderful he is and how lucky we are to have him. So hes working without a contract? he should go one better and give back his wages. I would have been sacked for performing so poorly at my job. He has squandered millions apon millions chasing the European dream only to surrender to every pub team in the qualifiers. the next time they update the oxford dictionary under the words humiliation and failure they will write SEE WALTER SMITH.
  18. pity hes not an escapologist to get us out of our fine mess.
  19. Thats the problem at the moment Pete. There hasnt been one grain of truth regarding the sale of Rangers football club. Just endless rumours that lead us nowhere. Im all for debate and opinions but we really have kicked the arse out of the situation and have managed to do so without any factual information. Untill we get some real information the debate will be pointless.
  20. even better news that walter never got a new one!
  21. Personally i would ban all the talk of takeovers untill someone actually came forward officially with a grand plan and a sackful of cash. Ive had enough of the rumour mill. so far it is all bull.
  22. you go to theticket office with id, give them a fiver and they give you a printed ticket for the foresaid match. 15 smackers to replace lost or stolen one.
  23. good point about recent youngsters comming through and being rejected by the fans though i would argue that adam was more of a victim of walter smiths negativity and tactics. i wrote when young fleck was comming through to the first team that he would end up going the same way and from what i have seen so far i am being proved right.
  24. I think you could be right. Were not going to get a proven manager given our finances but gough has had a little experience in his brief time with livingston and seen some success in that short time at the club. we will be taking a chance with the next manager and i think gough fits the bill.
  25. right after he does one for the victims of the peedo scandal in the catholic church.... oh sorry sweep sweep.
