  1. Hilarious if true. What a nincompoop.
  2. Nice article. Good to hear from Madjid.
  3. Just a mention for the East Fife fans and players who were outstanding in their support for Fernando as he came onto the pitch. The East Fife subs were warming up and they all applauded as did the Fifer fans.
  4. I'm near in tears again. You can see the fear and pain etched in Fernando's face. Totally sorry for him, hope he can prolong the quality of his life. I'd do almost anything to help the poor guy. Thanks for the clip.
  5. Yes, they've been 'lucky' that their miserly ways have been rewarded by large windfalls for their 'Stars' and they've made the CL proper the past 2 seasons which in turn adds 30% onto their typical turnover.
  6. Oh how I hope that we get back to playing these sides and try and compete with them. Sadly, I fear we will be so weakened by past events, and with the continuing great financial performance of Celtic and the Sky/BT money continuing to flow into the coffers of the English clubs, that if we ever do get to the CL again, we'll be the whipping boys of the group. Always nice to read players talk positively of the atmosphere at Ibrox and Glasgow in general. I often wonder why that is and the only logical conclusion I can come to is that we are slightly mental.
  7. Provan's always been a fair minded writer IMO.
  8. Brutal performance from Rangers. We just didn't get going and Stranraer were well worth their point. Most of the Rangers side looked as if they just couldn't be bothered. Shades of last season for me. We are still very ordinary as a footballing unit and the buck stops with Ally. I've never wanted a manager to succeed more at Rangers but we are not progressing at a suitable pace, perhaps a tad unfair considering we've just dropped our first points of the season but we should be better than this. Fair put a dampener on my Christmas cheer. Leftover Turkey and reheated spuds for this Bear!
  9. We don't though. We might have loyalist fans but so do Hearts/Dundee/Millwall and many other clubs. I think that it's pretty obvious that you're trolling so I'm out now.
  10. Not many do hence the rebuttals. You keep trolling though, Ryan.
  11. I go to plenty away games Ryan and the vast majority of fans IMO don't sing and certainly don't sing Loyalist songs. Most Rangers fans are just that, Rangers fans. Hope this helps.
  12. The only people who regularly sing these Loyalist ditties at Ibrox these days are a couple of hundred hardened souls in BF1. Ryan seems to be trying a wee bit too hard to be 'staunch'.
  13. Enlightened, savvy and proud. Come with us, it's a bright new dawn here.
  14. To be fair to Hugh, the GB and UB are both differing sides of the same coin and for every unsavoury incident inflicted on Celtic by the grotesque Green Brigade, their polar opposites in the Union Bears will try and outdo them with equally charmless Orange symbolism or their own pyrotechnic omnishambles. Anyone who doubts this only had to attend last seasons Glasgow Cup final where the game was held up umpteen times as countless flares were thrown onto the field by supposed 'Gers fans as the Rangers keeper ducked for cover, then as the game finished, it became blatantly obvious that the Celtic end had destroyed scores of seats.
  15. I don't miss it at all. For the first time in a long while, I'm enjoying going to the games, and apart from the odd poor song from the UB's, the atmosphere is jovial and pleasant. The OF derby brings the worst out in people and my real fear is that when it eventually returns, that there will be an incident in the stands or outside the ground that signals the bad blood that now exists between the fans. Celtic game? No thanks.
  16. Absolutely pathetic stuff. Where were these sleuths when the Shyster was floating about?
  17. Loved Spackman when I was a wean. Magical times to be a Rangers fan.
  18. But, I was told that during these years, their was an Orange cabal in place at the SFA and Celtc were subjected to all manner of injustices, including their team being sent to fight in the war and all other players were sent to Govan to work at the yards?
  19. Doesn't matter though. These guys shouldn't be singing about the UVF, IRA, Bobby Sands or the Faulds. At the rememberence game a few weeks ago, we had a dignified minutes silence then as soon as the whilstle sounded to mark the end of the minutes silence, BF1 started belting out 'Do you know where Hell is', totally disrespecting the moment and giving the 'enemies' of our Club an excuse to belittle our mark of respect and to point a finger at us for being jingoistic.
  20. Some of our support are just as bad as them, if not in the same volume thankfully. I long for the day when our less learned fans finally wake up to the damage that they inflict on us with every Bobby Sands chant or Irish folk song.
  21. Heard he likes to keep tabs on who's had how much possession.
  22. I got my letter last week, Dell.
  23. Thanks. Excuse my ignorance but what does it 'mean'?
  24. What was the banner at celtc yesterday?
