One of my first real heroes. I remember we got a doing in the Glasgow Cup Final. Kaj was against Yogi Hughes who ran him ragged. Next week in the Scottish Cup Final, Davy Provan got switched over to the other side the mark Yogi and Kaj went to left back. Despite a draw, big Davy got done over by Yogi. In the replay Kaj got switched back to his normal position and capped a great display by scoring the only goal [the first foreigner to score in a Scottish Cup Final]. I was at the 3 games and remember the delight at that winner. I've heard guys tell stories of hom it was hammered home from 25/30/35 yards......in fact, it was struck from inside the 18 yard box. Still a fantastic goal though. R.I.P. Kaj.

I'll no argue with anybody when it comes to Walters tactics..........I've seen them before. His MAIN mistake last night was playing Boyd up on his own. It hazny worked before and it ain't NEVER going to work with that guy. I'd've played Prso and Novo from the start and brought Boyd on later. But then, who am I to go against Walters decisions ? :yawn:

Klos made 2 good saves last night and for that I'm thankful. [McGregor MIGHT have saved them too]. But for me, it was evident from around the 5th minute that the fact Klos was in goal was affecting the whole defence. They'd obviously been told to put the ball anywhere but back to Klos. This in turn affected the midfield who had to play well behind the ball at any potential dangerous situation. Sad fact is, and I've been saying it since he signed for Rangers, Klos is the main weaklink in our side. He refuses to come more than 6 inches off his line and causes pandemonium in the defenders. As a shot-stopper, I've seen very few to beat him. But as a former centre-back myself, I would HATE to have that man playing behind me.

I must be one of the very few Bears who recognises the talent that is Buffel. Several years ago I said the same thing about Arteta. No these guys faults they are playing with a totally toothless midfield. He'd be handy in Europe at the very least.

Gordy, give Walters previous stay at Ibrox, I'd say the last thing he was gonny do was lay the 'foundations' for ANYTHING. Expect more and more players reaching the end of their careers arriving at Ibrox. Very, very few kids will get their chance and we'd be as well shutting Auchenhowie down.
