RANGERS can confirm two players, Lee Wallace and Kenny Miller, have this morning been suspended pending investigation into a team related incident.

The club will make no further comment until this investigation has been completed.

As for finance, money will be made available -- as it is for any new season -- but I don't think it'll be enough for a major overhaul; I don't think it needs it, to be fair, just 4-5 key acquisitions. 

4-5 key acquisitions is half a team.  I would call that a major overhaul.

Okay it's now official so let's hope the "full investigation" report will be posted on the Rangers main site,with no leaks or rumours coming out.

The only other thing I have to say on the matter is I think Miller should have started on Sunday for no other reason than he would have been the man to get into his fellow team-mates faces to get them geed up,and that I have said before Wallace is a decent player/person but not captain quality.
