After looking at the replays again at HT, I think Sima gets pulled first. That would be a penalty....or let the goal stand.4 points
-
Difference now is we are all not sitting their expecting/worrying/waiting for a Livi equalizer! we seem to be a lot stronger of a unit these days under Clement!. Which is exactly what he is trying to implement.3 points

What sort of dross do they breed nowadays in Scotland? 6 ft 6, 90 kilo and falls like a "wet bag"? A touch on the neck, and you'd think a pole-axe had struck?3 points

The referee had a nightmare first half. Chopped off a good goal by McAusland and gave us a penalty which was a dive. Who’s on VAR?3 points
-
I’m intrigued, are you actually one of us or just a visitor intent on criticising everything in sight?3 points

He's in the wrong place anyway in so many ways2 points

I enjoyed that less than any game this season. But only because I was driving and had to listen to it on BBC radio. I’d forgotten just how fucking awful Sportsound is. Hopefully it will be another 10 years before I have to endure it again.2 points

You can stick your xG where the sun don't shine.2 points

Who would have funk it? Create more chances and we score more goals.2 points

This illustrates what I kept moaning about with us under Beale: our xG just wasn't high enough - or, the difference between xG and xGA wasn't wide enough; we were riding our luck, hoping our better players carried us over the line.2 points

Not as fluent after half-time as Livi dropped really deep so we certainly didn't carry the same threat as the performance became more disjointed with various subs. All in all it's very much job done though and concludes a really positive week for the club in three competitions. Now a great opportunity to do some work on the training pitch and get more players fit for the usual busy period in the run up to the new year.2 points

Not the line up I would have went for but I trust the manager.2 points

I thought Thursday was the best game in a long time he is only 2 weeks in the door he took the foot off the brake and attacked everyone apart from you thought it was a decent performance with drive aggression and effort, even the Sparta Prague manager said Rangers deserved to win. If you think Thursday was crap you are in the wrong place.2 points

The compliance officer will be all over this. Expect Todd's yellow to upgraded to a red.1 point

Great result after a tough euro game. Lots of players running on empty. Credit to them for churning out a good result. VAR is not the problem, the problem is the clues clowns using it to mame baffling decisions.1 point

The second half wasn't great though, although considering we played Thursday, and the surface (I know) it's understandable. Still good to be that comfortable after making changes. They didn't have a sniff, if we keep up our recent defensive record in the league we'll have a chance imo. Great lads.1 point

Possibly but 2-0 is a horrible score until the whistle goes.1 point

The build-up to Dessers' shot towards the end of the half was sublime.1 point

The decision to chalk off McCausland's goal was an absolute joke. The only reason Sima takes out the 'keeper - even then it's soft - is because Sima is being pulled by the Livingston defender. We should have had another penalty from McCausland's earlier shot, too.1 point

He's clearly offside, but if he doesn't interfere with play it doesn't matter and the goal would have stood.1 point

No surprise to see the manager freshen up the side after a somewhat tired end to a high energy game on Thursday night. A chance for those coming in to stake a place in the starting XI with a strong bench as well. Competition for places - exactly what we're after going forward.1 point

Good to see maccausland get a start and Lawrence back in the team. want to see much more from Dessers today.1 point

Today might be Sam Lammers day. Here, in deepest, darkest Lanarkshire the mercury sits at minus two. A Noon kick-off in the higher reaches of West Lothian on the drastic plastic will see players skating around. Sam is Dutch and his experience of gliding atop frozen canals will be just the dab. Today is not a day for moulded rubber studs, choosing the most appropriate blade will be the difference. Blades on Clogs Loyal RSC.1 point

Lammers is straight up terrible. Dessers is too. Winnin don't change that...1 point

And there was me thinking he was just a little slow to integrate 😁1 point

I actually had, maybe still have him down as a tim but he may still say something positive during or after tomorrow match that will convince me otherwise.1 point

Would love it if young Ross gets a start tomorrow, Jack needs to come out as well given his workload and the surface at Livi. Maybe Cifu coming in for him? And Ridvan for Borna, so: Butland Tav Goldson Davies Ridvan Cifu Lundstram McCausland Cantwell Sima Danilo That's my preffered, I'd be shocked if it came through though ha.1 point

The difference between Clement and Beale just magnifies how out of his depth Beale really was.1 point
