Only problem there is that you could easily apply that epithet to all the UK ministers too.4 points

No, your changing the narrative. OK if they aren't missing them, why aren't they awarding them? That's the correct process. If a referee thinks it's a penalty, they award it. If they are wrong, it'll be overturned. If they aren't missing them, why aren't they not missing them in other games and waiting on VAR to "confirm'? You're tying yourself in knots on this.3 points

We've been over-ran in the midfield in recent OF games, also gives cover to the full-backs and centre defenders. No reason we can't change it up later in the game. Everyone knows they'll come flying out the traps and try to build a lead. Hearing Matondo is back in training and aiming to play some part of Saturday and Sima back in individual training......2 points
-
Yes - if the refs thought they were penalties they would have given them. They didn't. Only got them due to VAR intervention. Worth noting that whilst VAR have given us our last 11 pens, we are they team who've suffered the most incorrect VAR decisions. Including a red card that was confirmed by VAR then upheld on appeal and Sterling received an additional game ban. All perfectly accidental off course.2 points

Yeah, I'd agree that Sterling should start alongside Lundstram. We'll need his athleticism in the middle. It would be a huge decision for the manager to drop Diomande but he can't do the job Sterling can do.1 point

It's not a problem. The UK ministers aren't Celtic-loving, Rangers-hating separatists. The whole whataboutery when it comes to criticising the SNP gets a bit tiresome. Criticism of the former first minister and his party can surely be made without reference to the poor job that certain Westminster politicians are doing.1 point

Aribo wasn't an all round player. He only really played one position very well. Clement will stick with his usual set up on Saturday, which worries me a bit (I prefer managers to adapt their style to the different types of opposition and it seems weird that we'd set up the same way when we play Ross County at home as we would away to Celtc).1 point

Sterling is actually a RB turned into some sort Aribo-style all round player. He sure has all the attributes and skills, we just need to find him a proper place. Given his style, he'd be well-used in a box-to-box midfielder that essentially can play everywhere. We won't drop Lundstram, so I'd put him next to him on Saturday. Not sure about Diomande. If Lundstram exits this summer, it should be Diomande and Sterling, if we continue to play two DMs. They both "think forward".1 point

Three DMs?! You'll get slaughtered for that!1 point

Put sterling in central midfield not out wide as he was first half yesterday1 point

Given that even if we do somehow win the league, we'll do so with LESS points than we managed last season finishing a poor 2nd, tells you the we have regressed slightly but they have regressed dramatically (and we still can't beat them)1 point

Great picture shows pride in his caps and his uniform I don't think today's lads would show that pride1 point

Immaculate turnout, as you would expect, apart from the finger ring and the non-standard issue wristwatch. I won’t argue with Charlton. Eddie Colman was the other half back. Perfect combination.1 point

I’ve got to say Sterling just based on his first half performance on the Right, I thought he was excellent getting forward and had spells in the second half also considering he was playing Mainly LB past few games. Most players can’t do what he does so he was my MOTM.1 point

There is no way this team will win the title! unless the BEASTS have an almighty crash! but I don't see that happening! they have already had the crash and we blew our chance!.1 point

Job done, on to Saturday! It'll have to be a huge mentality shift for these players to go to the east end and win - simply because post Gerrard we've shat the bed at their place every time. But I'm holding onto the 'any given Sunday' hope (Saturday!). I doubt Clement would ever do this but put Sterling in the midfield and go man for man at their place - don't die wondering as we so often have in recent years. Nerves and excitement building already!1 point

Palestine has nothing to do with Scots pretending to be Irish or Scottish football. Humza Yousaf has directly made an effort to tarnish the name of our club and support on several occasions. The two situations are entirely different.1 point

You missed the statement he made, then doubled down on regarding the fake video that was doing the rounds when we won 55.1 point

Four in the green pokey would have been more convincing.1 point

Against all reason, it does. Having said that, if we do win next week, there's a high probability that the title will be decided by goal difference. We really need to give someone an absolute scudding to make up the ground, and today was the perfect opportunity.1 point

Can you name any other team who have had to rely on VAR to give them their last 11 penalties?1 point

Psychological warfare. When the Killie striker looks into those eye, all hope will fade from his soul.1 point

The league was done when we couldn't beat Celtc at home. We won't win leagues when we can't beat them - our record against them since Gerrard left is woeful. We've won a cup semi final and a dead rubber.1 point

That was the trigger. It could have happened to a Walter team but a Walter team would have hardened their resolve and never in a million years have lost to Ross County.1 point

Losing at home to Motherwell recently also contributed1 point

... so we are probably stuck with him beyond the summer. Well, that ruined my weeked.1 point

Dundee and especially Ross County killed our season. The most annoying part is they are far from brilliant. They can only improve next season which is ominous for our shitebags1 point

Rodgers is already having digs about next week's derby match*. It's depressing how confident they are against us, particularly at the Theatre of Paedophilia. *I don't think I'll bother watching it - that's how much faith I have in the team.1 point

I predict the hooped horrors will collapse like a pack of cards before the end . mon the gers1 point

Sad to say, but yes. We're already at the point where we're relying on them bottling back in our direction. And then hoping that we don't rebottle it.1 point

Other clubs have injuries too. What they don’t do is keep giving their continually injured players new contracts1 point
