Best of luck Todd. Hopefully the club can arrange a glamour friendly, with Blackburn, at Ibrox next season so that you can get the sendoff you deserve. Once a Ranger always a Ranger. Legend. WATP. RITD.4 points

Remember those naive fans who told us to wait until the end of the window before panicking and moaning, well just a couple of hours to go.......3 points

Just watched his RTV interview. Impressed. Here for all the right reasons. Only contacted last night by his Agent. Immediate yes and bags packed. He gets the club, history , tradition etc. Seen a couple of clips, he'd lightening quick for a CB. He'll be a good addition with his versatility as well.2 points

I can't really get too excited about European football when we are so poor domestically!. We need to start competing domestically first and foremost.2 points

Aaahhh idk. It's the great unknown isn't it. 9-10 points might but it definitely wouldn't be seeded in the knockouts. 4 wins ensures it for me, and there's a chance we'd be seeded for the knockouts on that too I reckon. Anything like 16 and we could even get top 8 - aspirational I know but we'll go out to win every match. Unless Clement gets the can after a battering on Sunday and @Sutton_blows_goats is given the job on an interim basis. Then it'll be 0-8 with Josh Gentles being linked away to Arsenal after shining in a 6-1 defeat away at Old Trafford.2 points

Pretty shocking if we are only adding Kasanwirjo 😮2 points

You shouldn't have left the ringer's recruitment to Ross Wilson2 points

I think it's a great draw we know were not going to win this but it gives the manager a chance to try out formations and tactical formations against superior opposition could be a great learning curve .2 points

Play the youths, its an unnecessary distraction. Mental we got a harder draw than the stinky fc.2 points

Whoever it was on here who said we're up against dross and it's a diddy competition needs his head caved in. That's harder than Celtics UCL group man.2 points

Southampton just paid 25m for Aaron Ramsdale , so 12m for Butland wouldn't be at all out of the question.1 point

You must have watched a different Hearts to me. The Hearts I watched rarely strung more than 3 passes together, hardly forced the opposing keeper into a save all night and were to a man "red rotten"! To crown an embarrassingly cringe worthy European evening, devoid of any kind of Euro atmosphere, at half time they had to run a repair on their leaky goal nets which were full of large holes. Cue the sight of a Hertz groundsman trying to repair the damage at half time with a length of string closely scrutinised by Euro officials! Lets hope they can find a Peterhead trawler man to repair their nets properly before their Euro Conference games begin. FFS! # Gorgie embarrassment.1 point

Our recent transfer window activity reminds me of a time i didn't study for an exam until the night before and failed it bigtime.1 point

Clement did say pre-season that we'd probably be in a better position come October , so maybe we will have our act together in time for some of these Europa league games.1 point

Prior to this season I would only have considered Lyon, Tottenham and Man Red to be difficult. Since it is this season I will be happy to avoid losing every single match.1 point

I know about as much of Bundesliga players or teams as your average Gersnetter. Jan Schöppner (i.e. Schoeppner for those lacking a good keyboard) - TM stats ... looks like a decent CM/DM, who got promoted with Heidenheim a year or so ago. The only good thing that I know of him (and that's about anything I know about him) is that they beat St. Pauli in their den last week. Nothing in the German news just yet. Sidenote: he supposedly earns Euro 480k per year at Heidenheim Sidenote 2: his contract is up next summer ...1 point

Hopefully they dont check for grey matter between the ears. They will only find pumpkin spice latte's and candy floss.1 point

No I think he looks good and will improve us and make us more athletic. All I’m saying is I hope he can nail down a position, which can be sometimes be the challenge for utility players. The challenge for him will be to better than Souttar or Propper at centre back. He might get a chance to go straight in if Propper is still injured.1 point

Rangers in talks for Feyenoord's Kasanwirjo Latest from Sky Sports' Shail Jaidka: Rangers are in talks to sign Feyenoord defender Neraysho Kasanwirjo on a season-long loan on transfer deadline day. The 22-year-old – who was on loan at Rapid Wien last season – can play at full back or centre back. Philippe Clement – who last signed a new player on August 1 - is hopeful of making more additions today. In terms of outgoings, Scott Wright has followed Ben Davies to Birmingham City for around £300,000, while Todd Cantwell is in talks to join Blackburn Rovers for around £500,000 after submitting a transfer request.1 point

There are players you give a free role to.. Laudrup Gazza etc but they were still team players. Cantwell was mot in that list and to be honest, like you I'll be happy to see him gone. At Blackburn I think it'll be Groundhog day..1 point
