    The reasons are becoming abundantly clear now why this board, could never agree to the joint supporters groups demands of getting the board to commit to not selling off the assets of Ibrox, Murray Park and the Albion car park. It's because Rangers don't own them imo, Green in his haste to get investors, shareholders has sold the assets off. I wouldn't be surprised if Ashley own Ibrox and or Murray Park, Albion car park, or someone else along with Ashley owns a combination of those asset.s

    HMRC appealing again ,price of a burger at Ibrox gone through he roof, Tims once again slither in the back door of the CL, now reports of Green wanting to come back? I'm on the verge of a nervous breakdown, it's only the thought of Rangers winning the treble and Barcelona buying out Ally's contract for 50mil Euro's, that's keeping me going.

    Rereading Lord Doherty's judgement again, he does leave the door ajar for leave of appeal on the FTT/UTT' decisions as to regards Murray group employees and SDM's son. However the HMRC spokesman doesn't make it clear if it's a full appeal against the FTT/UTT or only against Murry group employees and Murray Jnr? Edit. There could be some form of compromise here though, a trade of between parties, dropping the Rangers EBT's in favour of going after Murray group employees and son? Not the first time that has happened.

    This is where the politicians will get involved, and we all know who has the political clout in Scotland? Favours called in and the Labour old Bhoys network at Westminster will ensure the lords making the judgement will be HMRC friendly.

    I agree with a poster on FF who said "it would be better if VB released their evidence daily, preferable early so the Bears over the forums can read it, digest and discuss it. That keeps the Bears interested and builds momentum"
