In South East Asia just now and was looking forward to watching the game by the pool this morning when I woke up but I don’t think I’ll bother. Seems this formation is easy for teams to play against. Like mentioned before I’d go 3-5-2 or 3-5-1-1. We have center backs capable of passing the ball and stepping out. Stick 2 DM’s in front of them and play 2 full backs out wide. Part of the problem is that left wing and this formation solves the problem with John covering the whole flank. And Tav or Candeias on the other side. Windass might be suited to the 3rd more attacking spot in the midfield with Morelos and A N other upfront (even Windass when Dorrans is back). I think a system like that would get the best out of our players rather than square pegs in round holes. We need a manager pronto. Board are in for a difficult Thursday afternoon. Robertson position needs to be looked at. Seems to be out of his depth.

The boy is going to have the odd bad game as he learns his trade but he certainly seems to have the correct attitude to deal with it. Could go on to save and make us millions if he fulfils his potential. Not really a fan of that chat though and we should take his development game by game

I’ll also be surprised if it’s not McInnes though that would scupper my £20 on MPH at 25’s haha. If it is McInnes let’s get him in sharpish and get him up to speed. Should make for an interesting double header at the end of Nov

Be interesting to see how he does if he features. My bet its just to get him in amongst the squad. He's a very tidy player who sometimes appears invisible. He'll need to watch that temper though. Unless its in training against any of them

I like you watch a fair bit of European football and its miles better than even the EPL (outwith the top 6 or so teams). Mcinnes takes us forward. But he doesn't take us to the level we need to be at to even think about stopping 10 in a row. He hasn't had a budget though at Aberdeen and perhaps with Mark Allen making the transfers it could work. For me I'd like Michel Preud'Homme interviewed and see what he says. I don't think for a minute he'd be another Pedro or PLG, some are even touting him for the Holland Job

I don’t think many would argue against the fact that McInnes probably improves us. But for me I don’t think he improves us enough to challenge Celtic. I’ll be happy to give him my support if we do go for him. I just think we should be going for the best candidate and for me that’s MPH

I really hope we go for Michel Preud'Homme. The guys CV is excellent. Has worked in other countries. Has brought success to teams who haven't had success in many years and looks a madman. His CV is better than any of the others mentioned. Pedro wasn't the best candidate for the job. This guy to me looks the best candidate for the job. A point about pundits here and down south. Their knowledge base is really only here and down South. They don't look to the continent. So let them be Xenophobic and let us appoint the best candidate to get our club back to where it belongs. Its not a boys club for Kenny Miller and Wallace. They are professionals and should act as such in front of the new boss be he British or foreign.

Thoughts after the game We done well getting back into the game and Miller done his talking on the pitch. Fair play. McCrorie - the guy probably shouldn’t be in our team just yet but he looks like he has potential. We have to accept the odd mistake from him as he learns his trade. He looked terrific though. Stepping up with the ball, the pass to Morelos for the Miller goal, we need more of that. Switch it up. That low drilled pass took out the whole Hearts midfield. Morelos - His work rate is excellent. His awareness is excellent. His link up play is excellent. And we have to remember he’s already played a full season with Finland! He’ll need a break at some point but just now he is a key player even without a goal for a bit. Windass - hopefully the goal gives him confidence. Murty was clever taking him off knowing he’d get a good reception. C Thompson - Another massive decision going against us. Anyone else just expecting this every game? A good win today and hopefully we sort the managerial situation out soon and can finally go on a decent run

If we can get him then I don't care who his assistant is. He'd be a great coup. He is also a winner. If he was happy with a Scottish assistant then maybe but it didn't help Warbs.

I'd love Michel Preud'homme. He has an excellent CV and the Belgian market must be littered with talent. McInnes would be an ok appointment at a time when we really need to appoint someone who is excellent.

Give Big Sam a deal til May. We need an EPL quality manager who won’t take nonsense from lowest common denominator pundits and press.

How long will they wait now before giving Beaton or McLean another Rangers game? And they certainly can’t give them a high profile game like an old firm for the foreseeable. The standard of refereeing in Scotland is awful. Video technology needed ASAP

Is there any way both teams could lose tomorrow?

Really looking forward to Sunday’s game. Was the last time the two teams met at Hampden the Davie Cooper cup final where I’m sure Maurice Ross scored and we won pretty comfortably? I’m expecting a good game and as has happened a few times this season there’s a hint of optimism and I think for a change we will build on the hype. There is certainly a decent team in there and it’s starting to click a bit more. This is understandable and you could argue the team have actually had a good start to the season given our first 11 has around 7-8 new signings in it. Especially the guys from abroad as the west of Scotland goldfish bowl can’t be the easiest place to settle. But we are starting to see signs of a good team and I expect we’ll improve further in Jan. This is a competition we can win and set us up for the season. Celtic will have a tough test against Hibs in an early Sat afternoon kickoff after a night in Munich on Wed. How great would a rerun of the Scottish Cup final in 2016 be! I agree with Frankie’s team. Jack has done enough to merit coming back in and we now know Holt can step up if needed. Dorrans really coming onto a game now with Candyass working tirelessly down that right side. It’s a big pitch and there will be space for Windass to attack so let’s hope he ups his game and starts to prove some of the doubters, and I’m one of them, wrong. I know he was a Hibbee as a boy but I would not do business with them in January unless we look at one of their players in return. And I don't particularly want any of their players.

I meant his Twitter picture. It’s no big deal on it’s own but in my opinion he goes on like he thinks he’s a superstar at times. The twitter thing just annoys me, I don’t hate the guy at all. I know there is a player in there and he needs to show he has the cojones to step up. I think a lot of fans feel this way which is why he gets a bit of a raw deal. Unlike say Hodson who has limited ability but always tries his hardest. Bottom line is Josh has a chance in these next two months. If he keeps performing like he has been then we’ll bring in someone for the left side. And if that happens he won’t have fulfilled his potential and will most likely leave next summer.

He has talent but doesn’t have heart. He’s easily bullied and loses most of his 50/50’s. his twitter handle is some J11 nonsense as if he thinks he’s Cristiano Ronaldo. I really enjoyed that last night. A game this time last year we would probably have lost. It wasn’t pretty at times but I thought we defended well when we needed too. Positives Pena - obviously we want this guy to succeed and it looks like he’s settling a little better. He has more league goals than Griffiths. He took them both well. Dorrans - best player on the park for the second game running. We are seeing the form which made him a decent EPL midfielder. Took his goal magnificently. Morelos - thought he was a proper team player last night. He’s a very clever player. More goals will come but his general play is excellent. Tav - great deliveries. Going forward he’s excellent. Needs to be braver defensively though. Negatives Windass - the guy has talent but he doesn’t have heart. Loses almost all his 50/50’s. an area I think we’ll look to improve on in Jan Cardoso - he had some good defensive moments but sometimes he gets too tight, rushes in and either lets players in behind or commits a foul. It’s 4 or 5 fouls in dangerous areas a game lately. He needs to improve or young McRorie will take his place. Overall a great 3 points and if we beat Killie at home that’s Pedros first 3 wins on the bounce. A good reaction from the old firm game is what we wanted and it looks like we’ve got that. Motherwell will be a tougher test but we should go into that game with confidence.

I'll be in work so i'll miss most of the game but its a strange one for me like many Rangers fans, I cant get too excited. I'd be happy if they won but wouldn't be the raging if they lost in the way I am when Rangers do. Even if we do make the playoffs, the seeded teams will be licking their lips at the thought of getting us.

Another shambles. It seems the last 5 1/2 years we are never more than a couple weeks away from another embarrassing debacle and its getting harder and harder to take. Sending senior players to go train with the under 20's again is making our great club a laughing stock. Why are players still going to the Record? Its like they don't know the supporters feelings on the rhags. This season couldn't have started any worse for us. Its been an utter shambles. Tonights game will be made all the more tougher with this nonsense and Hamilton will be licking their lips. They'll put up a fight and im not sure this Rangers team are ready to match them

I think it might be best to concentrate on beating Motherwell first. Hibs will have a chance as well as they play in Munich on the Wed night then Hampden on the Sat afternoon

We've had 11 new bodies come in and not all of them were going to settle straight away. I'd be happy trying a back 3 for a few games. I'd go with Morelos up top with Windass just behind him. Go with it for a few games and see if we can pick up a few wins on the bounce.
