I’ve no interest in donating to any charity but I think a nominal voluntary contribution towards Gersnet costs would be reasonable. Especially if it earns immunity from undeserved warnings😂

I understand why Gersnet doesn't want to ask members to contribute but I can't understand why members don't decide for themselves that something like £10 or £20 per year towards cost is a good idea. A poll perhaps?

I've no doubt it's a pile of work that never goes away and perhaps it wasn't my place to raise it but the site has always felt a bit "thin" since the new platform was launched. It was only ever an opinion and the option was always there to ignore it. I think you probably agreed though and the site is certainly enhanced by the work you've done so far. I hope I'm not the only one who saw these data as a valuable and frequently visited resource. Let's hope I survive your periodic admonishments long enough to enjoy it 😂

We're far too quick to make excuses for this sort of thing. It's just symptomatic of the mess all across the club, too many who really don't give a shit. We demand improved standards, then rush to endorse their mistakes.

I can think of many reasons not to do any of this .... just no good ones. Personally, I'd like to see some evidence that Beale isn't just conforming to the same philosophy that brought us to this situation ... maintain the status quo, don't take risks, stay loyal to misfiring players, etc. I'd like Beale to show he's his own man and puts the club before the player.

I've also met Gordon Ramsay a couple of times and from my experience everything you say about him is true. People like Ramsay always seem to attract criticism and it's usually about something trivial that has nothing to do with his/her achievements. There's something about ordinary people who achieve great success that gets under the skin of their detractors.

I said a while ago (or I think I said, or at least I like to think I said) that these arrests and investigations may well be a smoke screen behind which Sturgeon, Murrell, etc will be allowed to slip away. The police had been dragging their heels in time-honoured fashion until, suddenly, there's a commotion of very visible activity with arrests, house searches, impounded evidence and so on. However, we all know that the police can only make a case for charges and whether or not there are any will be up to a CPS that has already demonstrated its malicious intent. Surely only the foolish or corrupt would ignore the likelihood of the Scottish justice system once again being victim to connivance and incompetence. We're dealing with a quasi-religious cult here and its adherents are everywhere. If and when the ringmasters are cleared, the circus will celebrate its vindication like never before.
