Call it a leak, call it a statement, call it a shot across the bow, call it poetry, you can call it whatever you want. He told some stuff to a rag that hates the very existence of our club and is in cahoots with Lawwell and co it is what it is3 points

He is a top striker for our level no doubt about it, but there is no point in having top players on the treatment table. At the moment we have one of our best defenders, one of our best midfielders and one of our best strikers having persistent issues with injury. Frustrating.2 points

I would rather he was fit and playing than offloaded. Strange how shite players get better when injured and good ones worse.2 points
-
Maybe 'leak' isn't the right word, but he's certainly feeding stories to the Record and the Sun.2 points
-
Maybe we should just buy his shares. Someone ask him if he really only accepts cash. If he is willing to accept payment in excuses then we can close the deal instantly.2 points
-
I think 'leak' implies something confidential has been given to the press. The real reason that I ask is that I think it's dumb to worry about it. It's not as if groups like R.S.T. Rangers First or Club 1872 kept voting intentions secret.2 points

Call me a cynic but I suspect he's more interested in getting some of his outlay back than helping the club.2 points

Given the size of his shareholding, it may be difficult to turn him down. The games going on in the background are rather interesting...2 points

Tend to have a few spares a mixture of adults, concessions and juveniles for most games save Celtic. These are in the same row in GR5 pretty much level with the centre circle. Can configure to suit any mixture sitting together. Price is always face value which can be checked on Rangers website.2 points

City could be on the verge of giving Leeds a good thumping In this match i am watching1 point

In the main, I like what I've seen of Lundstram but agree, it's difficult to see where he fits into our team / formation. Roofe is the most intelligent striker we have, he see' s things others don't and would say he is the 2nd best finisher we have behind JD. The only comparison I have between Roofe and Itten is like a Rolex and a Timex. The question is do we prefer a Rolex that needs the odd repair or a Timex (perfectly reliable but not a Rolex)..... 😀1 point

... Andreas Skov Olsen has a contract till 2024, Bologna signed him for a mere 5.4m in 2019, has played 67 games, scored 3 goals and assisted 4 more. So essentially did not exactly followed up his stats from Denmark (51 games, 27 goals, 7 assists, his last season there 18/19 was 38 games, 23 goals, 5 assists). Maybe a loan with option to buy first ... if we are actually interested.1 point

It's fairly common for players who are coming back from long term injuries to get strains, let's not jump the gun.1 point

I fear for jack. I'm starting to think hes not going to make it back. If hes not playing by the end of the season I think hell be finished at the club.1 point

Last I heard he was expecting to be back training around now but probably not available until after the break.1 point

- Jack out until the end of January - Roofe might be available before winter break1 point

Nothing to do with injuries or whatever he has scored goals some spectacular but I feel in the games where I have seen does not contribute enough to the team, but everybody has their own opinion.1 point

We have "shite players" at Rangers?1 point

If Dave King views the Parks the same way was the Parks saw Charles Greene then we really are in the shit.1 point
-
King uses the record when it suits him. The parks did the same for long enough when green was in charge.1 point

Roofe is a luxury who could be off-loaded IMO.1 point

Lundstrum has looked great of late in the little we have seen of him. We should be able to use him.1 point
-
It's debatable but considering what the club and support have been through over the last decade, would it not be more decent to discuss these things behind the scenes. The Sun and the Daily Record aren't exactly our friends.1 point

I believe Lundstram was brought in as a replacement of sorts but for me he doesn't fit into this team. Not sure what his role is. He cant protect the back 4 like a Kamara or Davis (who is such a good footballer he can play anywhere in midfield), nor can he play as a 10 like a , Arfield, Hagi, Aribo. I just dont know what his role is. Jack is an ideal 6. With the latest news on Roofe I'd be looking to get a striker in on loan in Jan or recall Itten if he is not playing. A bit pee'd off that a guy with a career history of injury problems has decided at 29 to go play international football for Jamaica but here we are.1 point

I am thankful for all he has done but he is becoming noise that we don't need. Not to mention leaking stuff to the Daily Record last week, get that in the bin.1 point

A close call this time for me, with McGregor just ahead of Aribo, Morelos, Kent, Sakala. If Arfield had taken his chances and got his hat trick this would have been an easy call!1 point

Home game second. It's a con from Uefa to make it look less like they aren't protecting the big clubs. They did away with away goals to offset it and help them even more.1 point

It’s sad that in the 22 years since we last played Dortmund a gulf has grown between the sides as football has become all about the top clubs in the top countries and money has completely taken over. We played Dortmund four times in the late 90s. Two 2-2 draws in 96 and a 2-0 win each in 99. Very close games with Bayern in 99 too. Changed days now though.1 point

Randomly we have a good record V Dortmund. We have played them 8 times in Europe and have only lost once.1 point

What a draw! Lots of attention on this game for sure and I can't wait to see Helander take care of whoever replaces Haaland...1 point

Ouch thats a really tough draw, and will probably end our European run for this year. Haaland against Goldson is already giving me the sweats!1 point

Itten has not really been playing much recently for Gruther after starting initially. You have to wonder if a guy that cant get a game for the worst side in Germanys top flight (by some distance) is good enough for us. He has showed flashes of what he can do. I have also heard he struggled to settle in Glasgow on a personal level. We knew the injury issues that came with Roofe when we bought him and he is a very good player, but as with Helander there is no point having quality players on the treatment table. We need them on the park.1 point
