  1. I've been waiting for a game in which everything finally slots into place in front of goal and we score a barrowload. I hope it's tonight.

  2. Agreed. Get them to Specsavers where they may bump into those that think Barisic is better than Ridvan 😉

  5. County are hopeless according to a recent manager. Should be a walkover. On the other hand, last time in Glasgow although they lost a goal in the first minute, they held out for the next three hours or however long it lasted.

  6. I hope we win by a few but won't be too disappointed if we're just equal on points come 10pm. 🟥⬜🟦

  7. Rangers go joint top and we've got folk arguing about some Croat forgotten boy versus a Colombian lard-arse. Forget the past.

  8. It's incredible that we're still right in the hunt this season, without an actual goalscorer.

  9. 21-3 shots at goal, 10-1 on target. The rot in terms of chance-conversion continues, even though luck is with the Stags tonight. Typical Tavernier game. Two perfect crosses, one decent shot, but then fills spaces that should be used by attackers. Maybe he just stays near the HW-line and doesn't occupy spaces near the box where we seem to have too many players, and they hinder one another. We'll probably score four or five more, but sometimes you wonder ...

  10. I know this is off topic but we are in the second page of the thread. I attended my first old firm game at Celtic Park on the 1st of January 1966. I had witnessed Rangers victories against them at both Ibrox and Hampden however, the Piggery experience was horrid. Rangers had lost 2-3 to the then Scottish Cup holders, Dunfermline Athletic at the Stadium the week before and trepidation was in the air. It was a freezing foggy afternoon, the pitch was solid and as a nine year old I was bundled into a duffle coat. The track was utilised to store stacked bails of hay, in those days Sellik protected the pitch from frost by spreading hay across the surface. It started well, a through ball in the first minute found Davie Wilson rounding the keeper to notch the opening goal. It was 0-1 at half time. The green'n'grey horrors had a large wide player at the time, John Hughes nickname, 'Yogi'. He ran out for the second half in a pair of baseball boots. As it darkened, the sky cleared and a hard frost descended. It was football on ice. Needless to say, Hughes ran amok in his rubber soles, Chalmers scored a hat trick and, Rangers slumped to a 1-5 defeat. It was the Jock Stein effect.

  14. First name terms eh? No wonder you can't see past him 😁 If you don't believe me that maybe you should take the manager's word for it.

  18. Loturi should be off now yellow for Matondo foul and yellow for taking ball away at our free kick. But muir is such a bad ref. Karma with the goal just after.
