If only we had a magic two footed Romanian midfielder to take his place. 🤔6 points

All we seem to be achieving in Europe is raising the country's co-efficient single-handedly, allowing 'them' a free passage into the Champions League while they get gubbed at every turn and focus instead on the SPL where they can defeat teams with only ten men.5 points

I seems to me the directors spend far too much time looking for managers they believe the support will approve of. In reality, the support will approve of any manager who can win trophies and beat Celtic. Beyond that the support (including me) mostly wouldn't recognise the right manager if they fell over him, especially many of those selling their wisdom on social media. The "right man for the job" clearly needs some attributes that recent managers didn't have. What the board needs is help from outwith the club to better identify the qualities required and to focus more on demonstrable track record.4 points

Go defensive at home to a Celtc side missing their two central defenders. Go defensive at home to Motherwell to hold on to a one goal lead. Not the signs of a winning mentality.4 points

Get your head out Mick's arse! This is clearly the worst line-up ever in the history of football.4 points

The booing is OTT. I wanted him gone after Kilmarnock but when a Rangers manager can win in Europe and domestically in the space of 7 days it doesn’t matter how bad the performances were only the winning matters.3 points

Dreadful performance. Replacing Matondo with Souttar is unexplainable. Everything went downhill from then on as the team had so few attacking options. Going with a back 5 and 3 defensive midfielders at home against Motherwell is just crazy.3 points

I think a lot of the fanbase are desperate to be proven right on Beale with their views, to the point where they seemingly can't enjoy a win against a team with good recent pedigree in the UEL and just a good side from a La Liga. By all means, take the pitchforks to the games but don't be shocked if it translates onto the pitch. Or maybe that's what some want, a 'told you so' or a self fulfilling prophecy? Saying that, I thought the team grew into it from 30 onwards and the crowd responded - so maybe there is a glimmer?3 points

I guess I'll be the "1" that agrees with Cammy then! Hagi flattered to deceive before injury and seems to have become Messi without kicking a ball on his return. Wont be popular but Kent at his best was better than Hagi. For anyone that cares to check.................. Hagi was a sub for his loan club at the weekend2 points

I voted to get rid of him but I genuinely wish he could turn it around - mainly for the sake of Rangers of course but also for his own sake. I'm sure he wants to be successful and I'm sure he's working hard to achieve success. No one should want to see him suffer on a personal level, whatever the state of the team. However, the reason I can't change my mind about sacking him is I'm convinced he now leads a deeply divided camp and when that rot sets in at a football club there is only ever one conclusion. Whatever anyone thinks of Beale's selection today or the way he set out his team, it should be clear to everyone the players are confused, demotivated and as close to downing tools as makes no difference. They've largely switched off and just seem to be going through the motions. The longer this is allowed to continue, the deeper the hole we will eventually have to climb out of. The players desperately need someone who can close ranks and inspire some confidence, not someone who devotes his energies talking far too much to the outside world.2 points

Cantwell, Danilo, Raskin, Matondo now missing after being injured by opposition players. Spot the theme..2 points

It was a difficult watch. No doubt about it. Replacing the injured Matondo with CB Souttar didn’t work. It dramatically reduced our attacking options in whatever system Beale was trying to use2 points

I don't think getting rid of the board is the way to go. Getting them to get some more expertise in making managerial appointments would be preferable. We need to stop going back to previous employess. The board seem to suffer from the same over-sentimentality that a lot of the support do.2 points

Our decision-making was really poor," the Rangers manager told BBC Scotland. Aye his decision making.2 points

As I saw it come up I thought, it must be weather-related or something, then I saw the score... 👀2 points

Oh no, to the contrary. What we did is to fill those spaces freed with people incapable of playing the football required. Instead, all those DMs and the CM sat back and we played virtually on top of our defence, instead of keeping them occupied in their half - something creative/attacking players would have caused. Likewise, Borna and Tav didn't provide any attacking threat whatsoever.2 points

That was a dire watch, we won but my god that was some boring football very slack in parts and I agree thank god for Butland.2 points

Well hopefully that puts an end to those wanting us to go 3 at the back2 points

So, nominally, we have 5 defenders on, 2 DMs and 1 CM ... and try to grab another goal. Or rather do the obvious and defend a 1-goal lead at home. I'm bound to call that pathetic.2 points

Ffs Tav crosses the field to take a corner … then plays it short. You couldn’t make it up.2 points

I think it needs pointed out we are missing cantwell, raskin & Danilo atm. And we were maybe a bit weary after thursday night. But today’s performance wasn’t a one off as we’ve seen already since the start of the season1 point

Keep it in the corner at home to Motherwell with 5 minutes to go..... and the frightening thing is I was shouting at them to do it too. That's when you know this MB Rangers side has gone. Times up. We want our Rangers back1 point

It's my opinion, and it seems five others agree with me 😉 But of course you're opinion is yours and I respect it 👍🏻1 point

Can’t disagree with the last part but genuinely can’t see what value souness would add to us. Would he tell us we needed to go out and sign half the england team? That might have worked for him but times have changes.1 point

That was turgid dross. I can't ever recall a winning team being booed.1 point

I firmly believe it will be like this until the day he clears his desk. Abandon hope, relinquish optimism, assimilate disappointment. Instead of digging us out of a hole, Beale has made it deeper. You can see it in his face now, he knows what's coming, it's just a matter of when and how much damage.1 point
-
Or the players. And do you trust a board who've appointed something like 9 managers in 10 years to suddenly get it right?1 point

I've changed my mind and think we should stick with Beale. His tactics and substitutions today kept Motherwell at bay and things are starting to click up front. Just kidding. GTF Beale.1 point
