  1. Not worth debating ... Candeias being assaulted by Brown ... or a lashing Elbow at Arfield's face https://twitter.com/FoundersTrail/status/1079818196696420358 .. or Ralston stamping on Morelos' foot ... or McGregor stretching his hand out ... Just for sake of the arguments.

  2. I've liked Kamara for a while now. He always looked like one of the best young players in the league. From the videos, he looks like a pre-dip Coulibaly, but with more technical skill and composure. Along with Docherty, Kamara was always very high in the stat charts -- I still think Docherty has a future with us, going by what Gerrard said; two players very much for the future. Jones is a good squad player to get. He's been one of the top performing players in the league. He adds depth to our forward line. Defoe excites me; simply for his name and career. I'm not sure where he'll play, but having his quality to add to our squad will be invaluable; at the very least just being around the players, helping the strikers -- top class striker in his day -- and he could help Morelos too. His general fitness and approach to training is allegedly second to none. And, Davis is exactly the type of player we've been crying out for. Superb start to the transfer window. Not much outlay, if any, good quality added, and squad players and options for the future.

  3. Morelos is petulant. How many bad fouls has he actually committed? We have had players hospitalised without a peep from the Beeb. Michael Stewart is the rabble rouser in chief. You have to ask why he doesn’t give attention to non Rangers Scots and the dregs of thuggery from clubs like Motherwell. Perhaps they are good ole boys?

  4. You know, for a couple of decades at BBC Scotland; I would have said both DrStu' and Big Dick were front runners for Chief Rangers Hater. Of course, there have been dozens of notable contributions across the organisation over the same period. The steady hateful steam constantly generated by the two mentioned see them comfortably ahead. However, Tom English has came on strong these last few years, tucking himself in behind Chris McLaughlin as the main challenger. Well done Tom, stimulating your fellow Yahoos to force a referee into hiding. I advise you to check out the facts of Hugh Dallas twenty years past, particularly, 'Kristallnacht'.

  6. Alfredo Morelos will need more security from Rangers. The coordinated witch-hunt from the Scottish media and Celtic fc is making this a dangerous situation. Not just for Beaton but for our player. They media have gone way beyond impartial commentating and folk like Sutton and Stewart have focussed on Morelos to the point of obsession. They have simply ignored offences or red cards that have been against Rangers or fouls perpetrated by Scott Brown and others and have worked Celtic supporters into a fervour. Part of the problem in this latest example and what are now death threats against a referee has been the torch burning mob led by the media and expectations of a lynching by the CO. If there was no CO this would have blown over - the role needs binned. No one understands it, it’s not clear how/when/why citings are made and who decides what is reviewed and it’s loaded against teams who are on the telly most. The CO job needs binned immediately, Celtic fc need hammered by the authorities and Celtic the BBC and journalists should be called to account by the SFA - not the other way round.

  7. Yes those who've pumped in their money are just going to sit back and do nothing whilst they watch their endeavours being undone eh? The Club have manipulated Club 1872 into insignificance why the hell should anyone take it seriously? Whatever the question is the answer isn't Club 1872. I find the "Project Fear" aspect to be pathetic and desperate.

  8. Chris Sutton is on BT Score going on about it. He said "All sensible fans agree with me!". An English ref said that he has fanned the flames somewhat (regarding the threats Beaton has received) and Sutton responds that he doesn't get that point at all. His anger is tangible. F*ck Chris Sutton (the bankrupt muppet) and f*ck Celtc FC. We are superior to you and every time you open your whining gobs you prove it.

  9. But we don't have club1872 , the club basically dictate the agenda , they have people sitting in on meetings that are neither members nor elected by the fans , its been a sell out from the day our company secretary came up with the entire scheme.

  10. That wasn’t the plan for them. Beaton had a very good game and as I said immediately post match he allowed it to flow. There was a lot of stuff going on, leg breaker from Lego muncher and the elbow on Candeias that were reds but ignored. He also showed restraint with Morelos. That’s not good enough for them, we all know that. They demand to get what they want no matter the cost.

  11. Why don't you shine your spotlight on the role played in this fiasco by your colleagues at the BBC? Self awareness is not something that is very prevalent at the Beeb

  12. Outwith the obvious penalty, I thought Beaton had a decent game. He could have started flashing cards here and there but he let the game flow as much as he could IMO

  13. Do not raise complaints at the BBC! It is up to you Britons to chase the BBC et al from pillar to post via their regulator: https://www.ofcom.org.uk/tv-radio-and-on-demand BBC regulation and Operating Framework 29 March 2017 Effective from 3 April 2017, Ofcom became the BBC's first external regulator. +++ It is essentially a tribal affair when it comes to sports and football reporting in Scotland and unless someone starts to take a few of them to task, they will most likely ignore any other complaints and go on and on and on. Given the one-sided report on Morelos in the BBC highlights, essentially firing the witch hunt that went on, the club should remove any privileges the BBC staff holds until further notice. And it should have a few serious words with the BBC's London HQ.

  14. I don’t entirely agree about Gordon. He may be A grade reptilian now but for a few years he was an excellent broadcaster. I have no problem with an Aberdeen boy supporting his local team. Brought up to hate Rangers he didn’t show it, in fact, he seemed to be a great admirer of David Murray when he was at the height of his powers. But you can’t work in pollution without becoming contaminated yourself. “Sebo Night” was the turning point when he read out the infamous text. In fairness he did ask the programme producer for permission but the die was cast that night and his professional veneer was removed to reveal the the unacceptable face of of sneering bias. I wonder who was the producer and who wrote the text?

  15. I was thinking this over last night. Bully boy liewell and Shame FC are not getting their own way. They will do whatever they can and harm whoever they can until they get what they want. They have their friends and placemen in the media to assist their agenda. They will make this ugly with overt and covert coercion being used as usual by these scumbags. They are a disgrace and the footballing authorities should hammer them.

  19. Chris Sutton is a deluded muppet who would prostitute any thought that enters his head to pay his debts. The shame is that there are several media outlets (BBC and BT) who pay him do it.

  21. Not one of ours. But pretty funny nevertheless. How paranoid can they get? What Baby Bhoy RE: Oliver Burke @OliverBurke55 @CelticFC Why are we signing someone with 55 in their @ who is an obvious Rangers fan and will be helping them from the inside Have we learned nothing? 11:50 AM · Jan 5, 2019 · Twitter for iPhone

  22. May be about to play his last game for Chelsea before joining Henri at Monaco. His plea to celtic “to come and bring hm to Glasgow” must have been ignored. I’m sure he asked, didn’t he?

  23. Hopefully we can get Jones and Kamara in this month, for a modest fee. Not sure what their clubs would prefer? Dundee might prefer the cash; Kilmarnock might prefer the player for 6-months.

  24. Brown dived 3 times. The ref saw everyone and waved play on. Not a single yellow for any of them never mind 3. 3 other players dived with no yellows. Rangers should demand a meeting. Then we have the handball that stopped a goal.

  27. Agree 100%. Let's not forget stirring this pot of paranoia is also very convenient for Liewell as it deflects from their lack of transfer activity. He is a snake of the highest order

  28. This has got completely out of hand. Sutton and English are the chief conspirators who are leading the baying hordes. The Daily Record and BBC have a lot to answer for. Celtic FC should know better. There were several incidents where their players could equally have had yellow cards. This is a sickening low for Scottish football. All because they lost a game of football.

  30. The time for Club 1872 to push for a Board seat was when they were needed to purchase Ashley's shares but they f*&ked it up now that ship has sailed. Like it or not they will become less and less relevant with the passing of time as their shareholding decreases with the inevitable dilutions. Club 1872 is simply a dog's breakfast, it could have been the vehicle for fan participation in the Club but the shameful manipulation of events (remind me again how many Rangers First meetings Richard Gough attended whilst he was on the Board?) have rendered it impotent. Being told that they would have to go through the SLO to contact the Board says it all really.

  33. It's scary that just one win by us has created this level of paranoia. We've been getting shitty refereeing over the past couple of seasons, which is conveniently forgotten. There are some serious mental health issues out there.

  34. Let's pay homage to BBC Scotland's Chief Sports Writer and honest mistakes. I believe the privately educated Tom comes from Limerick? The Chief Sports Writer at PQ, Hates Rangers through and through, Aspires to be a Hack, Can't identify a fact, Hopefully soon, he'll be on the Bur-roo?
