Great debate, guys. I'll never forget where I was.

I thought Jack was OK - he gave away the ball a few times. Devine was very good but a few times we missed a natural left footed player when he got into good positions. Was hard ro pick MOTM but if pushed I'd have gone for Tillman. Does some amazing things with the football.

Much like Hagi. Oh I long for the moment that we see Tillman, Hagi and Lowry on the same pitch.

Close call but Jack for me. He had an average first half and misplaced a couple of passes but pretty much ran the show after half time. steadied he defence them moved further forward, scored a goal. And 90 minutes. Tillman has sublime skill at times, Kent was industrious, Sakala has that great trait of directness, Divine showed well and will get the sentimental vote. The sheer contrast between the halves suggests a structural problem as much as anything else.

Malik Tillman is class.

Missed the first half as I had to do my taxi for my son, listening to the that Mcleod kunt on BBC SCOTLAND ,he can't hide his hatred of us..When they scored, I thought he was gonna cum in his pants ,when we scored through Sakala all he said was GOAL and preceeded to tell us how it was scored, but with no excitement. The second half we were far better ,moved the ball quicker,the high press was very good and kept them at bay and they had no answer to us, but we need to more clinical, Tillman MOM for me closely followed by Kamara, Beale still has a lot work to do

Seems Hagi has signed on until June 2026.

Aged well - sometimes worth remembering the game lasts 90mins. Kamara and Tav both had decent games and Tillmans run for winning goal was reminiscent of Davie Cooper

Hard to criticise defence in 1st half considering we had no centre-halfs and our youth teams right back playing left back! Vast improvement in 2nd half and we played well, dominated Hibs and could / should have won by a bigger margin. Plenty for Beale and team his team to mull over but also plenty of positives to build on. Finally hats off to the Union Bears - another fantastic display

No idea who that guy is, if he is indeed anyone at all, but I think he nails it spot on and can’t find fault in anything he says in that article. Not that I care much as most managers are the same but there can be no denying Beale done a monumental about turn after coming out with all that utter pish about loyalty just a few weeks earlier. I haven’t listened to any of Beales interviews since he arrived because what’s the point, he may just say the exact opposite at the next opportunity. I just hope he can get a winning team on the park, starting tomorrow.

Our manager Michael Beale, who’s only been in charge for 21 league games, announced on Monday that he’s leaving us for Rangers, the Glaswegian football club. Having spent a huge amount of time and effort recruiting a manager in the summer – and seemingly picking a winner – QPR’s top brass will have to start again. Beale was one of the few people in authority (me included) who hadn’t disappointed my children Such behaviour isn’t particularly unusual in the modern game. Nathan Jones, who steered Luton to a top six finish in the Championship last season, left the Hatters in November to become the manager of Southampton. Another second-tier manager, Neil Critchley, was tempted away from Blackpool in June to become a mere assistant at Aston Villa, which must have been a kick in the teeth for the fans. At least our manager has been lured away by a proper job. True, Beale was only at QPR for five and a half months, when you’d expect a manager to stay for at least a season before making eyes at a more glamorous club. But that isn’t what makes his departure so annoying. No, the really irritating thing about this is that in October another club came for Beale – Wolverhampton Wanderers – and he turned them down, explaining that he was too honourable to leave QPR so soon after being appointed. ‘Integrity and loyalty are big things for me, and if they are the values you live by you have to be strong,’ he told the press. ‘I have been all-in here and I have asked other people to be all-in so I can’t be the first person to run away from the ship.’ In case he hadn’t portrayed himself as saintly enough, he added: ‘The only reasons for leaving QPR right now would be selfish ones around ego, status or finance. And that’s not really me.’ This was music to the ears of QPR fans – finally, a football manager with a moral compass! – and we let Beale into our hearts. At every home game since, including the two we’ve lost, I’ve stood on the terraces chanting ‘Micky Beale’s blue army’ at the top of my lungs. I even travelled to Birmingham to watch the team lose 2-0 and looked on admiringly as a visiting fan hung up a banner that read: ‘Loyalty will always be rewarded.’ My four children, who are all avid QPR supporters, were also impressed by Beale. He was one of the few people in authority in their short lives (including their dad) who hadn’t disappointed them. Now what are we to think? Beale ditching us this week, having announced he was far too noble to do anything so mercenary, is worse than if he’d gone in October. He hasn’t merely disappointed us; he’s broken our hearts. We’re left with the suspicion that the reason he didn’t take the Wolves job was nothing to do with loyalty and integrity, but because he suspected the Rangers job was about to become available and knew he was in with a shout. (Beale worked as an assistant coach at Ibrox for three years.) To quote Sam Jolliffe, a fellow QPR fan: ‘The Mick Beale situation in non-football terms: you’re in a relationship that you think is going really well and then you see their screen time stats and the most used app on their phone is Tinder.’ How catastrophic is this for the Hoops? Pretty bad. Not because Beale is an incredible, irreplaceable talent – QPR has lost four of the last five matches under his stewardship – but because he brought in seven decent players since his arrival and most of them came to the club to work with him. Beale has a good reputation for player development and has coached many of these footballers before, some of them when they were kids. In the case of one – a very promising Dutch left-back called Kenneth Paal – Beale persuaded him to leave behind his pregnant girlfriend in Holland to join our squad. How’s Paal going to feel now that his paterfamilias has hotfooted it to Glasgow? Hard to see him sticking around. Indeed, I wouldn’t be surprised if Beale tries to poach him for Rangers in the January transfer window, along with some of the other players he brought in. That would be the icing on the snake. Modern football is such a moral cesspit, it takes a great deal to shock me. But I confess to being completely poleaxed by Beale’s duplicity. I really thought we’d found a good’un. Turns out, he’s just like all the rest.”

I think there's a strong case for men and women being paid the same appearance money for internationals but I expect the SFA will swim against the tide for as long as possible.

The reason for their claim---USA women won their battle for rights----so again others follow the USA and of course money grabbing legal workers pursue it. While understanding their grievance about money from their appearances being channelled into the men's area when women's fooball become as well supported as men's things then maybe yes.

Neither of Hibs goals we exactly wonder strikes and both should have been prevented by the players we had on the park … why they froze like deer in headlights is concerning but the way they shook it off after ht was also impressive and I suspect was as much to do with certain senior players as anything the manager said.

Highlights from last night. The one thing that Sakala does is being direct and if he can, he shoots. Two guys in front of him, yet, he hammers it home past the keeper. I was truly amazed how many not-shot-willing people we had on and kept on the pitch for so long, even replacing the Zambian for Davis. Hibs were clearly at the ropes, yet we kept on passing the ball about the area and didn't try our luck. That last gasp volley from Hibs might have seen this night in a draw still ...

Club would make a fortune getting his name on shirts.

I'm sure there are quite a few Rangers supporters who pass away between each match the team plays. We could end up applauding throughout the match if this carries on.

We need defenders that can defend the present bunch are just not fit for purpose if money’s short play the youngsters,the faint heart won’t win the fair maiden

I think this should be fairly easy, Tillman was miles ahead of the others, made the biggest impact on the game. I thought Alfie & Sakala looked pretty sharp although took the same runs a few times. The defence looked as bad on the park as it did on paper before the game. Tav is a shadow of his former self, Devine came onto a game late on but looked so obviously on the wrong side for an hour before he decided to just go and get outside on the overlap. Kamara & Jack were about as bad as i can remember in the first half, but both seemed to react to the boot up the backside at HT. Why did it need that?

Second half was magnificent. Our defence will get better as players return. the future is bright.

That was a really good victory for us last night, especially given our dreadful start. We played with energy and pace. Sakala looked as if he knew what he was doing and is worthy of another start. Sands and Lundstrum at the back is something I hope we don't need to see too often. We were lucky to get away with just 2 goals down in the early part of the game. We desperately need a new keeper. Tav and Lundstrum are still off form although Tav looked more comfortable in the second half. Tillman was man of the match for me, followed closely by Devine. As a critic of Kamara, I have to be fair and say he had a really good game. I am delighted about that. I hope he and the rest of them can sustain it. I haven't read the comments on the thread so don't know if anyone has mentioned the booing at half time. These guys should take themselves away and not come back.

The first half tactic of Kent dropping deep did not work at all. I'm not sure what else Beale changed at half time but we were able to keep Hibernian pushed back. That was helpful in two ways. Firstly the pressure led to goals. Secondly the pressure reduced the likelihood of our hopeless defence getting involved in the game again.

No idea what was said or done at HT but what a transformation in the second half. We could have conceded more than two in the first half but thankfully we didn’t which gave us the chance to recover which we did. However the facts remain that we are still short of CB’s and should our GK have come for the corner at their first? the new manager & his assistants must soon decide who stays & who goes from the current squad and who they want to add to it. The mistakes from last summer need to be sorted & must not be repeated.

From where I was sitting he sent in some delightful crosses with his left foot in that second half.

Most impressive part for me 2nd half was how high we pressed Hibs, they really struggled to get out their own half. Meant to turned the ball over in advanced areas.
