correct but we can't expect to win the league by passing up chances to close the gap.7 points

Our afternoon and evening out had some of the shine taken off it with that woeful performance. I can think of one plus, that we created lots of chances. Cifuentes was probably our best player and even he wasn't that great. He was good at breaking up play but did little in a creative sense. As for the rest, it has all been said in previous posts. I expected changes at half time and believe the manager was too slow to make them. The game, particularly in the second half, was crying out for Dessers and we got Lammers. I hoped he might go to 3 at the back because, as expected, they decided to hang onto their half time lead and dug in. I still feel the same today as I did before the match, that was a must win game.4 points

Cammy just asked a valid question about why Wright wasn't in the squad and didn't indicate he was 'longing' for him. Your perma-rage is obviously making you incapable of reading or posting sensibly. I believe Wright is injured.4 points

They would have messed it up. celtic v celtic. Real Madrid v Rangers. Bayern v Rangers. Manchester City v Rangers Partick Thistle Bye.3 points

I wasn't particularly impressed by Dowell when he was playing. Very average looking player (a Beale speciality).3 points

I thought Cifu played well so happy to give it to him. First time for a while that it was a struggle though as no-one really stood out.3 points

I disagree, yes there were similarities, slow start etc but the fact is we created lots of quality chances and should have won. Compare yesterday to Kilmarnock away for example where we didnt create anything. I think people are (justifiably) defaulting to the expectation with this squad when a bad day at the office occurs but I need to see some more from them and the manager before I start completely losing confidence in them.3 points

Same shit, different manager. Ya know they try most of the time. They really do, but the CORE leaders, the CORE of this squad, the vets, cannot deal with domestic pressure. Never have, never will. Teammates feed off of leaders. These guys, if left on their own would get (insert good manager) canned. I hope Clement learned something from this game.3 points

Dowell has been featuring for the B team so assuming he's just down the pecking order or picked up yet another knock.2 points

C'mon is this what we are lowered to....longing for Kieran Dowell. What the hell is going on here. Listen to yourself Cammy ffs. Only joking. I have no idea what's going on with Dowell.2 points

Dancin don't plant crops. When your rival, the only team in the league that contests you for the title drops points...winners capitalize. The core of this team, in their heart, are not winners. Never will be. They have shown it time and time again.2 points

Yeah, outwith OF games I don't believe we'll get many other opportunities to close the gap on them, yesterday was a huge opportunity lost. Nevermind, onto Thursday night now with chance to qualify from our EL group.2 points

I went for Cifu, thought he covered so much ground and his best game for us. Lundstram was good but thought there was a few to many stray passes, also thought Lawrence had a good game. Easier maybe t name those who played poorly. Tav, Barasic, Sima I thought were awful.2 points

I forgot to mention the Draw was a super-glitzy spectacular on the macbbc. The host was global mega-star Jonathan Thingmy and the magic balls were pulled out of the giant goldfish bowl by those two absolute legends of soccer, cup-winners with Dundee United thirteen years ago, Danny (I think) Swanson and somebody else. What a carry on. Been just as well done by the equally famous Secretary and Assistant Secretary of the SFA.2 points

I don't want to come across as an arrogant little Englander but it's pretty fucking hard to not qualify for tournaments with the expansions and the nations league now. I'll happily take flak for this but both Scotland and Wales have squads of which the majority of players are EFL championship standard, albeit good championship players. I think it's a myth that these generations of players for yours and the Welsh team are breaking the mould - they've just played in a very forgiving qualification system at the time. For what it's worth I think England under Southgate are flat track bullies and have a chronic inferiority complex - they have the players to win something but not the mindset (or coach).2 points

When Goldson was missing last season after getting injured against Liverpool his absence effectively finished our season.2 points

They should have got Humza and Mick Matheson to do the draw1 point

They are shite. dropped points in the same number of games as the 55 season and out the same cup. Next week is the anniversary of them throwing sharks at the team bus and trying to kill their own players and manager. We will get a good few more chances to overhaul them.1 point

Nippon Emerald have yet another home draw. Even on the law of averages this would be unlikely. Time this was investigated by the council for arbitration or whatever it is called.1 point

Was tempted to go for Matondo but thought Lawrence was a real attacking threat. Forced a great save from the keeper int he first half and hit the bar in the second.1 point

Thats one way to look at it. On the flip side if they won and we won we'd be in pretty much the same place.1 point

I reckon hes just forgot to mention him. I certainly forgot about him1 point

His pal to the left (BB) is the biggest culprit, but I agree and have always said, we won't win anything until those 3 have gone.1 point

Anyone know why Scott Wright wasn't in today's squad? He wasn't listed as injured at PCs press conformance.1 point

Aberdeen would be bottom of the SPL if it wasn't for the 4 points they've gained from playing us this season.1 point

Another gentleman of football, like Bobby Charlton. Great player as well as a great manager, unlike the latter.1 point

Think Ridvan would have been more progressive than Borna today and call me crazy but I would have played Dessers with Danilo. The wee Brazilian was outnumbered too many times.1 point

On the bright side, Syksey is close to bursting a blood vessel.1 point

We have to move on from Tav, Borna, Goldson and Lundstram at the end of this season man. Please. They've done their best.1 point

Overall a very poor team performance the results a disaster when you remember we could have closed the gap by two points .1 point

Think he’s just making a rule up in his head. If it was the other way about we could have no complaints1 point
