As I was walking to Ibrox a guy probably in his late 20's/early 30's approached me and asked where the away fans enter, I asked why did you come to me and he said I was a bit worried about getting bother, I replied you won't get any bother here pal. As I walked him to the away entrance we chatted and he said I think Rangers will win, but we won't get a drubbing!!, I said well you guys are on a good run, but so are we!. He said I think Rangers will win the league, I replied it's too early to say that but I hope you are correct!. He shook my hand and said enjoy the match, I said same to you but not too much!. Not much of a story but it's not very often you meet a decent young chap these days. I wish I had bumped into him after the match 😁

Calvin Bassey also scored for Fulham in a win v Man Utd. Fond memories of Bassey so good to see him doing well.

That's Dessers scored 11 from the 19 league games that Clement has managed. Considering he's not started every game during that period, that's decent.

1st (Borac) vs 3rd (Velez). Interesting. No away fans, so not much atmosphere and it rained heavily throughout. Borac are Serbs and Velez are Bosniaks, so there was definite ethnic tension in the air and the ref was not popular with the Velez fans. Glad I went but I certainly wouldn't be worried about Rangers drawing a Bosnian side in Europe, despite Sasa Papac being one of the greatest players in the history of football.

Was a tongue in cheek reply - we can all see Dessers misses chances, but he never let's it get to him. He just keeps getting into positions and scores goals. I'd be more worried if he wasn't creating chances. I'm too old for all this XG (with all due respect) sh1t.

The "turnaround" in Cyriel Dessers is incredible. Boo'ed/jeered by the vast majority of Rangers fans, ridiculed on social media, jeered when he was subbed and written off by the so called Internet experts. The reality was he arrived recovering from a major injury and always looked like there was a player in there. The big man kept plugging away, kept his head held high, kept scoring goals and all with a smile on his face. Now got 15 goals for the season and looks fit and raring for more. Some fans, for whatever reason, wanted him to be a failure, they should hang their heads in shame (they won"t) over the treatment dished out to OUR player. Nice one Cyriel, nice one son, nice one Cyriel let's have another one
