I hope you guys all realise just how many dogshits I had to stamp in to turn this weekend around!7 points

No point dwelling on what might have been, this is a great result.7 points

Let's all calm down a wee bit. OK we lost and we are running out of options in attacking areas but whether we are 1 point behind them today or 2 pts ahead, everything will come down to the OF at Ibrox. It was always going to be the case IMO. Let's move onto to Thursday, which for me is a free hit and a welcome distraction. Just go out there and let out a bit of pent up frustration! PS. All that being said, my one big fear at the moment is that we have a large generation of fans who haven't experienced a tight title race and whose references points are constant daily updates and need for immediate stories/reaction/satisfaction. I hope this doesn't backfire and translate into verbals from the terracing. I work as a teacher and I'm genuinely staggered by the opinions of the older kids regarding any type of football. And most these kids base opinions on social media reactions as opposed to what's actually happening on the pitch.5 points

I know, but at least it lets us off the hook for yesterday. Missed opportunity, though.3 points

Oh, never said it wasn't - delighted if we finish the weekend end still top of the league by 2 points. But there's that nagging voice saying, it could have been 5 😀 (and yes I do hear voices)3 points

Not signing Shankland may turn out to be a masterstroke..3 points

He made a mistake playing Raskin yesterday , needs to play Sterling with Lundstam as the midfield two and pick the rest from that . Stating the obvious.2 points

Me and you both mate Lawrence Shankland by the way what a player glad we left him where he was2 points

Both hertz and Killie seem to be doing better against the yahoos than us. Both have ex-Rangers players as managers. Coincidental maybe2 points

Imagine the other way round. In second place, Rangers score a barrowload midweek while celtic win narrowly, then celtic lose at home to diddies and Rangers have the chance to go top but blow it. I think we’ve had the better of the weekend.2 points
-
It's never a bad idea to scattergun this sort of thing.2 points
-
Actually, it might be better - than had an opportunity to go top and blew it and BR isn't taking it too well! On the other hand losing away to Hearts is more "predictable" then losing at home to Motherwell. So basically I don't know 😀😀2 points

I need to predict their results on here more often.2 points

He's just named Beaton, like we named Collum, I await the media and SFA furore..... what's that, Peter will smooth it over?2 points

Robertson really is a cheat. Johnstone same tackle as the one he sent Sterling off for, yet only a yellow.2 points

Yes, because they are paranoid, we are correct. The refs are a combination of incompetence and cheats.2 points

Agreed but sometimes a defeat before big games can give a shock to the system that is needed, some of the players were playing shit on Saturday but were giving verbals to others for making mistakes they maybe need humbling after the week of adulation, we are still in for the title so this loss might be a blessing in disguise waking up any players who are getting carried away with the praise before the huge games on the horizon.2 points

I'm pessimistic at the best of times. I always envisage us dropping points away from home. But to lose - not even draw, but lose - against Motherwell, at home, is gutting.2 points

For some reason the world seemed a little more flat and grey this morning. It got worse finding @CammyF was still giving it the full demented "everyone else is an idiot" pitch. Can't we just give him the King Of Everything gold medal and have done with it?2 points

I'm somewhat confused as to why we've reverted back to out swinging corners. They are pointless IMO. I thought our in swinging corners were starting to cause problems.2 points

Porto v Benfica is on tonight 20:30 if anyone is interested!1 point

Yes he did look up for it don’t understand the criticism he gets if he was playing beside some decent half backs we’d see a very good player1 point

I agree but I still think there is an unconscious bias from referees when the toilet teams play us. They let them be more physical than we are allowed to be in some kind of odd ‘even it up’ type of thing. I’ve thought that for years. More so at Ibrox.1 point
-
Thats the conundrum - we can all (well most of us) see that referees / VAR are missing vital decisions that are costing us points. Whether we highlight / quesrion these decisions or not, years of dignified silence from us and pressure from them and outside forces (media) has led referees becoming almost untouchable and immune to being questioned1 point

I’m sorry but I do think there are referees in our league whom I don’t like to see referee our games. I dread our games whenever Collum, Clancy or Robertson is in charge. And Walsh bottled in at the last OF game at CP when he wouldn’t send off Alistair Johnston for persistent fouling after he was already on a yellow. Today Alan Muir was guilty for not red carding Casey for injuring MacAusland first half. It was dangerous play and could have been a lot worse as the photos show. Ultimately it cost us the game as Casey scored the winner for Motherwell. This is now happening all too often for my liking. It needs called out by Rangers hierarchy1 point
