if anyone wants to have a Hibs congratulations thread then there are plenty of Hibs fan forums where they can get their share. I am not sure why they should be congratulated for to be honest.

The first yellow card was a joke but he deserved the second. on a yellow card in the Hibs half with no apparent danger. Holt isn't the most intelligent. Two minutes later Whittaker did the exact same and he was on a yellow but no red card. Rangers broke and Whittaker pulled down Murphy to stop the attack, no effort to play the ball, no yellow card. Hanlon handles the ball in the box with the referee and the linesman looking on, no penalty. The referee had a shocker as funnily seems to happen against Hibs.

I'm sure most of us are glad. We've had another painful season, with a few dashings of hollow hope littering a path of misery and disappointment. It has been hard and many of us aren't used to watching a Rangers team with so little fight and gumption. We'll be back next season and hopefully Gerrard will ring significant changes that at least see us challenging Celtc and putting the likes of Aberdeen and Hibs back where they belong. Keep the head up, Bears - when we do get our title back it'll be the sweetest one yet.

Even with the refs against us, we should be beating nonentities like Hibs. No excuses.

I think Tom Boyd is still on the Celtic payroll in recent times and this type of rhetoric is used and placed for a simple reason, to place pressure on match officals and on the whole I think it tends to have an effect.

No matter how good Gerrard is, which i hope and pray he's very good, nothing will change unless the club challenges the refereeing general incompetence and blatant cheating like today, against us next season.

I'm hoping the high profile of Gerrard may make a difference to the recurring, obvious, and blatant refereeing bias against us. Due to the presence of Gerrard their bias could be seen by a more widespread audience in Britain, Europe, and even globally.

The fitting way to deal with him is to beat his team.

A ridiculous end to a ridiculous season. We finished that match with 10 men including Hodson, Martin and Halliday. Hibernian should have played most of the match with 10 men.

In the run up to their 5th, the ref overlooks three clear fouls on us so they can run at us in waves. My dear, this is probably the worst season I have seen when it comes to refereeing standards. And you will not find a journalist in Scotland that asks how results and fixtures have been rigged after ths split.

At 3-0 down, I'll settle for the 5-5 and an end to this season. Now beginith the next chapter...............

A real pity we didn't see that out but the equaliser summed up our defending with Tav exposed and Martin hopeless in the centre. Credit to the players for turning around that first 20mins but we're a bad joke far too often and the lack of discipline in the side - both positionally and in the tackle makes us far too easy to play against.

Hes made for a 3 at the back. Otherwise we cant have him in the team. We should have started with 3 at the back and choked their space in the midfield early but we've allowed them to get confidence on the ball. Rossiter had been doing a decent job on McGinn with no help fro Goss.

Scott Allan is a coward end off , and Rossiter is showing why McGinn is so over rated and will not be at Ibrox next season , for a guy playing his first game in ages he's been excellent .

I think his form dipped when DJ got injured and Halliday came in, Halliday not being a LB and doesn't get forward as much as DJ. I am a wee bit worried about Halliday today as he doesn't have much pace and the Edinburgh scum play at pace!. We all know how difficult it is to come into the team, overall I think Murphy is a decent player.

Thank god i'm not the only to see today's ref treating us to a different standard of referring. It was so blatant it was embarrassing, but this is what happens when time after time we are cheated, abused and treated differently in refereeing terms to other clubs and our club says nothing. It will start again from the first game of the new season, if the club continue with the dignified silence pish, call it for what it is, incompetence allied to downright cheating by the efs.
