There was a laudable pre-game SRTRC promotion with the players holding up a red card in support of it and an anti-racism and anti-sectarian message over the speakers. However it's all meaningless when the police allow a sectarian anti-orangeman banner to stay up at the front of the Hibs support for the whole game. Would they allow it if it was a picture of the pope or the star of David with a score through it? I'm sure action would have been taken.5 points

I don't know if Clement will survive a narrow loss to a Europa Conformance League team in a bounce game at the training centre.4 points

There is BAD racism and there is GOOD racism. There is BAD sectarianism and there is GOOD sectarianism. Just depends who you are and which way the political wind is blowing unfortunately.3 points

It has come to my attention that the Club seeks a 'Rangers' Man' to join the coaching staff. You are a 'Rangers' Man', of a certain vintage, who has seen the best, and the worst, so perhaps the Club might consider engaging your services, with special emphasis on physical fitness. I am sure that the matter of emolument could be quickly, and amicably, solved. As for equipment, well, a few windcheaters, a few pairs of jodhpurs, and like no. of leather riding boots, would be necessary, to which you would add a sjambok, and two or three cattle prods, of varying length. None of this would break the bank. What say you? Is your fedora in the ring?3 points

Something Leeanne Crichton said yesterday (I believe she's a bear?) That it was reflective of Beale that a fit John Souttar was ever on the bench. I'd agree, I think he's a superb player.3 points

West bloody Bromwich Albion beat me for a ten team accumulator on the fixed odds yesterday hope they get relegated 😄😂2 points

The laws are as amorphous as the slogans that promote them. It's all intentional. 'Racism'. Since we are all the human race WTF does that mean? Operant conditioning for the plebian classes. There has to be someone, somewhere who comes up with this garbage just laughing their ass off. I know I would be.2 points

Considering how fit we were come the end of the Europa League season, the drop off is staggering. That season we finished so strongly in 3 major 120 minute ties in the space of 4/5 weeks.2 points

Davie mackinnon was only at Rangers 1982-86 IIRC. John Greig signed him but after he left in 1983 Jock Wallace returned. After Souness took over in 1986 MacKinnon was released. His time at Rangers was one of the least successful periods in the history of Rangers. Be an interesting read & I wonder if he’ll shed any light on anything that went on during his time at Rangers2 points

I think he had a word with all the subbed players. It's good to see.2 points

It's astonishing how unfit we are. We've gone from being supreme under Gerrard to blowing after 10 minutes.2 points

No complaints today, that was a pretty decent overall performance and a good result. We seemed to have more of that urgency that was lacking of late ,some good pressing ,and also good movement off the ball. Probably all amounts to an actual gameplan .2 points

Neither are significantly better than the other. Both are continually injured or missing and neither are what we require.2 points

One of the greatest Englishman to ever pull on a football shirt the driving force behind a wonderful Manchester United team as well as the England team that lifted the Jules Rimet Trophy R.IP. sir Bobby.1 point

I hope we can now focus more on improving our ability to achieve better things, rather than just bleating about what we 'should' be doing but aren't. I think that was precisely the message I heard from Philippe Clement last week.1 point

We went there a couple of seasons back with the B team pretty much and turned them over, I think Lowry scored actually. Bit of a dead rubber but still, it's an indictment of Hearts' record against us and them. Easter Road has been tougher in recent years, heck Hibs in general have been!1 point

Do you see everything as a glass half empty? They are a Europa conference team that have literally just finished their season. The score is not that important IMO. Minutes in the legs for people returning and great experience for the youngsters.1 point

Aye ngl tynecastle being a tough away for the OF has been a bit of a myth for the last few years. Would much rather go there than Killie or Livi.1 point

I couldn't see what was happening but it may have been the Palestinian flag.1 point

Get them fit and they’ll be up for it makes me wonder WTF kind of fitness program they’ve be doing1 point

Souttar was blamed for a couple of goals earlier in the season and Davies came into the team and did well, so I'm not really sure where she's coming from.1 point

Ok, ok...you got me with a southpaw🤣1 point

Yes it's just a pity Souttar is right-footed; I prefer a right-left CB pairing though Rousseau will likely tell me off.1 point

Aye, agreed, Lammers ball through which led to Simas second was a peach. Great to see Big Dessers get a good send off at the end, that'll help his confidence even more than scoring.1 point

Hibernian looked very poor from the start. With proper pressing we would have scored 10.1 point

It is BBC Scotland(PQ CSC) and for the last decade they have provided and encouraged the provided grievance line to opposition managers and players. There are reports in several online papers of an element of the Hibs support mocking the Ibrox Disaster. Seats were daubed with, "66" and, stickers adhered showing a picture of stairway 13 with the attached line, "stairwell thirteen, the greatest sight I have ever seen". Will PQ report it?1 point

This balloon needs drug tested if he thinks the ref was pro rangers. Absolutely delusional. https://twitter.com/BBCSportScot/status/1715778680394322063/video/11 point

Both are fair shouts, along with Goldson I'd say. Raskin was relentless in the midfield second half I thought.1 point

Enjoyed the game today and was surprised when Borna actually made a forward pass, but it must have affected him mentally(😈) as he went off soon after. Great to leave at end to cheers rather than jeers. Only thing is Raskin getting MoM,I thought it would have been Sima.1 point

On that advice I listened to the bloke and yep, Flemish he is. Further investigation reveals Antwerp is his place of birth. Pity. Walloon, balloon are a boon for the lampoon.1 point

Alex Lowry is a heads up player. I ask my fellow Rangers supporters to allow this lad to develop, I am sure we will all be beneficiaries.1 point
